Modern Farm Fresh Design

Farm Fresh marries modern farmhouse style with an easy living and manageable floor plan. The main floor ushers you in with a welcoming foyer, with corner access to the den to the right. Moving past the staircase you’ll pass the formal dining room on the right, and the powder room and two car garage access on the left. The main living area of the home is quite expansive, and includes a fireplace with built-ins flanking it on either side, patio access, and large windows to fill the room with plenty of light. The kitchen is a large “U,” with plenty of counter space, a large central island, and a corner pantry. We’ve placed all of the bedrooms upstairs, which is accessed via the staircase just off the foyer. There is a large bonus room that can easily work as a large fourth bedroom, craft room, game room, or anything you can imagine. The master suite is accessed via a pair of french doors, and includes view windows to the rear of the home and a fabulous master bath. A standalone tub, generous “U” shaped walk-in closet, his and hers sinks, and a private toilet complete this wonderful space.
